Processing an order takes 1-5 business days; depends on available stock. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
USPS Standard Delivery: $3.90 (FREE for orders over $35.00)
Delivery time: 6-14 business days, depending on the product. In some cases, it can take a few more business days (Heavy weather, Holidays Rush, etc).
FedEx Express Delivery: $12.90 (FREE for orders over $120.00)
Delivery time: 1-4 business days

Any order sent with a tracking number, keep your eyes on it.
Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving the products. If 7 days have gone by since your received your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund will be given on the following terms:

Wrong Item - Item is significantly different than described or shown on site.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
At this time, Rowley's doesn't accept exchanges. You may return your item & repurchase correct size.
